On August 13, 2014, the Korean American Civic Empowerment (KACE) interns and volunteers visited the Queens County Board of Elections. During their visit, the interns and volunteers delivered 60 voter registration forms that they had collected during the Summer Internship Program. Furthermore, they had an opportunity to meet Barbara Conocchio, the Chief Clerk of the Queens County Board of Elections. One needs to register by August 15th to be considered eligible to vote in the upcoming State and Local Primary election in New York. Mail registration cannot be postmarked later than August 15th. Voter registration form can be printed out at www.kace.org. KACE also provides voter hotline service on the day of the election. The hotline can be reached at 347-766-5223.
