시민참여센터 인턴 및 노채원 프로그램 코디네이터

On July 22, 2012, the Korean American Civic Empowerment (KACE) went to Hyo Shin Bible Presbytherian Church of New York in Flushing, NY. Chae No, the program director went along with 6 interns who gathered 14 new voter registrations.

New York City voters will have to be ready for 2 elections in this year. First election is the primary election for State Senate/Assembly on September 13. In Flushing area, voting is very significant because Korean candidates declare candidacy for state assembly.

General elections will be on November. Voters will vote for President, Federal senate/House of Representative and State senate/assembly. It is time to gather Korean Ameircans' political power and show to them.

Any Korean Americans who wants to vote can contact KACE and ask questions about voter registration, postal vote, and any other elections.
