On May 5th, 1012, Korean American Civic Empowerment held voter registration drives at H-Mart in Ridgefield and along Broad Avenue in Palisades Park.

May 15th is the last day to register in order to vote on June 5th Primary Elections. KACE and interns collected seventeen voter registrations.

American citizens over the age of 18 can register to vote, 21 days before any election. Registering to vote and taking the time to vote is not only a right, but a responsibility as well.

Starting this year, it has become easier for Korean Americans to vote. All election services will be provided in Korean, and students, shopowners, and the elderly can vote by mail.

KACE will continue to receive questions regarding election and voter registration matters. If you would like to vote, please contact KACE for voter registration, mail-by-vote, and other related questions.
