On July 25th 2011, Korean American Voters’ Council (KAVC) interns and volunteers went out to Kissena Park to conduct a community survey. Going within the park, interns and volunteers asked people resting on the benches to fill out the survey. The interns and volunteers in total gain 10 new surveys giving us a total of 38 surveys. The interns and volunteers are hoping to continue conducting more surveys so that they can have a better understanding of the attitudes towards the Korean community. With these surveys, evidence and data can be used for future research and for the development of the Korean community.
